Hearing Aid Batteries

Eveready 1060-P Hearing Aid "A" Battery

This is an Eveready 1060-P 1½ volt hearing aid "A" battery used mainly in the vacuum tube hearing aids of the 1940s. It was slightly larger than the 1052-P, and consequently had a
longer life.

The 1060-P "A" battery was often paired with the 455-P 45 Volt "B" battery. This battery weighed 5¾ oz., and measured 4" in length by 1 3/8" in diameter.
