Mallory TR-140 Mercury Hearing Aid Battery

The Mallory TR-140 mercury hearing aid battery was manufactured by the Mallory Battery Co in the USA. It was used in transistor body hearing aids in the mid 1950s.

The MalloryTR-140 mercury battery weighed 0.8 oz. (22 g), and measured 1 3/16" long by 1" by ˝" (3.1 x 2.5 x 1.3 cm).
