Hearing Aid Batteries

Burgess No. XX30E Hearing Aid Battery

The Burgess No. XX30E  was a 45 volt  hearing aid "B" battery  made by the Burgess Battery Company of Freeport, Illinois. It was used in some vacuum tube hearing aids between 1938 and the mid 1940s.

It weighed 8.2 oz. (236 g), and measured 4" by 2˝" by 1" high (10.2 x 6.3 x 2.5 cm).
