Hearing Aid Batteries

Eveready E122E Mercury Hearing Aid Battery

The Eveready E122E 2.8 volt mercury battery was manufactured by the Union Carbide Corp for transistor body hearing aids in the mid 1950s.

This battery weighed  0.8 oz. (22 g) and measured 1 5/16" x 1" x ˝" (3.2 x 2.5 x 1.3 cm).
