The UCAR No. EP675E mercury hearing aid battery was made by UCAR (a division of Union Carbide?) of Switzerland around 1975.

 The UCAR No. EP675E battery was the standard size for 675 batteries, namely 0.455" in diameter and 0.210" thick. It weighed 0.09 oz.
