Ardente "Princess" Transistor (Body) Hearing Aid
The Ardente "Princess" body transistor hearing aid was
made by Ardente Acoustic Laboratories, Ltd. of Windsor, England in 1956.
It measured 2½" by 1¾" by 7/16" thick and weighed 2 oz. without the battery.
It used 3 transistors.

Although the Ardente "Princess" hearing aid was first
manufactured in 1956 it was still being manufactured and sold 7 years
later in October of 1963.

The Ardente "Princess" also came with a soft covered leatherette
carrying pouch.
This Ardente "Princess" hearing aid was donated to the
Hearing Aid Museum by Kathleen Veitch in loving memory of her dear
sister Elizabeth and her husband Jim Fitzgerald.
