| Microson Model 23 Transistor (Body) Hearing AidThe Microson Model 23 was made by GAES of Barcelona, Spain in 1970. 
		It had a stainless steel case over a black plastic chassis. This hearing aid was 2⅝" x 2⅛" x ⅝" and weighed 3˝ oz. without 
		batteries. 
		It had provision for using two receivers at the same time.

		| This was a somewhat unusual hearing aid in that it was designed to be 
		used with receivers in both ears. Notice in the picture to the right 
		that there are two receiver cord jacks—one on the top corner and the 
		second one just below it on the side near the top.   |

		| The whole back swung to the left to reveal the battery compartment. This 
		hearing aid used two 1˝ volt AA cells. Notice on the right the three 
		adjustment screws. The "Bal." at the top is to balance the volume 
		between the two receivers.. Below it on the left is the 2-position gain 
		adjustment, and to the right of the gain control is the 3-position tone 
		control (high, normal and low frequency emphasis).   |
