Vacuum Tube Hearing Aids: 1921-1953

Zenith Model A3AN-B3AN "Radionic" Vacuum Tube Hearing Aid

The Zenith Model A3AN-B3AN "Radionic" vacuum tube hearing aid was manufactured by the Hearing Aid Division of the Zenith Radio Corporation of Chicago, IL beginning in 1945.

Apart from the pink plastic case (instead of the black plastic case of the Model A3A-B3A), and the "N" in the Model number, this hearing aid appears to be identical to the Model A3A-B3A. Note that instead of a receiver, this picture shows the bone conduction transducer (right).
