Unknown Carbon Hearing Aid Battery (4)
This unnamed carbon-zinc 3-volt hearing aid battery was used in
carbon hearing aids around 1935.
This battery weighed 3.0 oz (86 g), and measured 2 11/16" high
by 1⅝" wide by 13/16" thick (6.8 x 4.1 x 2.1 cm).
This battery came with as
Ardente "1"
(Single) carbon hearing aid.

covering. There are no manufacturer's marks on this battery. This
battery is almost the same size and terminal placement as the
Ardente No. 77 battery.
It is about ⅛" narrower. As a result, it could probably be used in any
hearing aid that used the Adrente No. 77 battery.
