The Siemens? No. X43 R656 battery was a 3-volt carbon-zinc hearing aid battery. It was used in carbon hearing aids around 1925.

The Siemens? No. X43 R656 battery weighed 6¼ oz, and measured 2¾" high by 2⅜" wide by 13/16" thick.
