Rayovac 312 [L312ZA] Zinc-air Hearing Aid Battery
This Rayovac 312 [L312ZA] 1.4 volt zinc-air hearing aid battery was
made by Rayovac Corp. of Madison, WI. in 2004.
This battery weighed around 0.02 oz., and measured 0.310" in
diameter by 0.140" in height.

Once the brown tab (below) is removed the battery starts working (and
thus running down) whether you use it or not.
