Telex Dual-Range Hearing Aid Battery Tester
This dual-scale battery meter was made by Telex of Minneapolis, MN. It was used in the 1940s and early 1950s to test the voltages of hearing
aid "A" and "B" batteries.
When testing batteries, you held the wired probe to the negative side
of the battery, and touched one of the pins to the positive side. The pin at 7
o'clock is marked +45 and was for testing "B" batteries. The
pin at 5 o'clock is marked +1.5 and was for testing "A"
batteries.
